Description

  • Coastal pollution probability maps linked to the marine ecosystem on a national scale. The maps of which this product is composed are:
    • Probability of occurrence of algal bloom (Algal Bloom)
    • Assessment of water quality based on chlorophyll concentration and threshold values based on three coastal types, identified in the Water Framework Directive intercalibration technical report of the JRC (Section 2.3.3, EUR 23838 EN / 3 – 2009) from Mediterranean Geographical Intercalibration Group (MED GIG).
